• All co-authors must confirm their participation on the OmSTU conference website.
• Register and upload your materials to the IEEE platform.

Instructions for using the IEEE platform can be found on the IEEE participant page.

Important: Once the paper is uploaded, all further work and communication will take place exclusively on the IEEE platform.
